A cat who had suddenly gone mad created consternation and excitement in a home at Upland, Pa. the other day. It ran into a bedroom where a young woman had lain ill for some weeks and severely bit her several times. Medical aid was summoned and the physician found it necessary to cauterize the wounds. The savage attack of the cat unnerved the sufferer and grave fears for the young lady’s safety are entertained.
